	1.	Setting up an appointment at your earliest convenience, where together we will discuss website content 	2.	Once both parties are happy and you give us the go ahead, a 50% down payment is required 	3.	We will then give you a document that lays out all the relevant content that we need from you 	4.	While you are collecting this info we will start working on your website 	5.	Once the first draft is complete we will upload your website but without any of your stock loaded 	6.	You will be able to be preview your website and any issues you have will be discussed and corrected 	7.	Once you are satisfied with your website, the balance of the invoice will become due 	8.	After confirmation of payment an appointment will be scheduled when we will install and licence your website. 	9.	At this time your stock, all relevant stock information and photographs should be ready for capture and upload.  	10.	A free onsite training session, not exceeding 2 Hrs, will take place 	11.	All being successful, yourself and your select staff will be ready to manage your website 	12.
